Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
Email marketing, where explicit consent has been given
To liaise with you regarding event enquiries and booking
We use the information that you have given us in order to send you our latest news and offers, where you have chosen to receive marketing emails and to communicate with you regarding your event booking.

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored in Mailchimp for email marketing sign ups and Wix and/or gmail for event enquiries and bookings.
We keep email addresses for email marketing until you unsubscribe.
We will keep email addresses, telephone numbers and addresses for event enquiries for two years after your event date. We will then dispose your information by deleting your email and/or enquiry form.

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
